Booklet

The Official Booklet about the trip is now available. Unfortunately, I can't seem to be able to figure out how to post it here. It's a PDF and if it were a photo or film, it would be easy.

But, if you want a copy of the Official Planning Guide, please let me know and I can send a long a copy.

One feature of the booklet is an explanation of a new policy about Red Alert Days.

**************

Red Alert Days are days that are especially challenging both physically and mentally.

On Red Alert Days, no alcohol will be consumed by any team member until the group is successfully through the specific challenges and can safely stand down from Red Alert.

The official decision to stand down will be made by Derek in conference with Marisa.

There are days that we know in advance that will be Red Alert Days and we have placed them on the itinerary.

However, all team members have the right to declare a Red Alert at any time if the situation warrants and emergencies manifest themselves. Only Derek can declare an end to the Red Alert regardless who initiated it. Red Alerts should not and will not be called lightly or unadvisedly.

The goal of calling a Red Alert is to keep everyone in good form and to navigate through crises as quickly as possible: minimizing stress and maximizing good times in a safe, relaxed environment.
