I've gotten a question about the status of our trip in regards to the situation in Iceland.
As of right now, as far as I know, the financial crisis in Iceland should not affect Derek's Birthday Expedition.
Perhaps if this were a third world country with the likelihood of riots and other global catastrophies, then I'd be more concerned.
I will follow the situation and also will be in touch with our contacts over there and will report back any findings around the accessibility of krona or other issues that may affect us.
